Eid Look book.

'Tis the season of festivity! 😊

Amongt the purity and spirit of month-long fastings,  delicious iftar gatherings and the celebration of equality and brotherhood in the holy month of Ramzan, the thrill to welcome  Eid-ul-Fitr is huge.

Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations vary in different parts of the world, however traditional rituals like preparing varieties of homemade snacks to serve guests,  women adorning henna on the hands, men offering the special Eid namaz in the morning with the community,  visiting relatives with gifts wearing new clothes etc.  are practiced in some way or the other everywhere.

This blog post is dedicated to some Eid outfits which you could wear in Eid gatherings,  celebrations in office/college or even in iftar parties.

Look no. 1

Keeping the summer vibe in mind,  I am wearing a sleeveless,  A-line yellow kurti with front and side slits, paired with a cream coloured palazzo with a black printed design at the bottom. I chose to team it with a pair of flats and a sliver chunky necklace.

This is a ethnic yet casual and comfortable look,  best for office celebrations or even iftar parties.

This is an outfit which you can either dress up or dress down according to the ocassion.

I am wearing a navy blue,  A-line stripped kurta with three-fourth sleeves,  teamed with a pair of maroon coloured palazzos. I accessoried it with a long neckpiece with colourful tassels and a pair of white flats. This is more of an effortless casual yet chic look.

The second option is to add a matching dupatta which would  totally elevate the look from casual to formal.  I opted for long golden earrings and a low bun to match with the look.

This is a formal look,  best for Eid gatherings or evening occasions.  I am wearing a green anarkali with golden work all over,  paired with matching golden cigarette pants and a dupatta.  The flow and intricate work on the kurta makes it apt for a more formal ocassions.  I accesorized with a pair of golden jhumkas and matching flats.
