The Long Kurta Love Affair.
Hello everyone, hope you all are doing great! With the 'great Indian summer' season going on, here's a blog post about a love affair I can't hide about in this heat ! I am someone who would definitely wear ethnic clothes once or twice in a week. The long kurta is a trend I am very fond of. This versatile piece is perfect for an office look, a festive look or even a casual day out look in summers. From the conventional A-line, straight kurtas to the unconventional asymmetrical hemlines, added pockets or even the ones which can be styled as midis or maxis - my love affair with them is intense!
So here are two looks that I am sharing created with a beautiful checkered long kurta with pockets and a collar that I picked up from Westside recently.
Look 1 : The palazzo look For this look, I teamed my long kurta with a red palazzo to brighten up my outfit. I added a pair of white flats and minimal jewellery. Suitable for an office look, a casual day look or even for a family gathering.

Look 2: The belted look
This one's a more edgy look. I teamed it with a pair of distressed jeans and a sleek braided belt. For accessories, I added a pair of colourful earrings and pom pom flats. This look is perfect for a day out with friends, a work day look or even a night gathering.

So that's it for this look. Hope you liked my ideas and would try out something inspired from this :) Till the next time, as I always say : Keep it stylish, but most importantly keep it YOU ! Much love, Benaaz :*
