Everybody loves checks and we have mostly seen checks on shirts. But that isn't the only way you can adorn them. This season you will find checks everywhere- whether it be dresses on the runway, matching set of checked separates on celebrities or checked high waist skirts/pant/shorts in high street fashion brands.

From Michael Kors, Oscar de la Renta, to Altuzarra, everyone agrees! Check (pun intended) it out…

3) The 'high street' fashion look

Time for some tips !!! Here we go-

Checks are chic, and you must definitely invest in one if you want to get tagged as stylish.

1) The midi/maxi high waist skirt is hot this season, so get a checked skirt or wear a gingham print top with a solid coloured midi skirt.

Vice-versa: Go for a solid colour top while pairing a checked skirt. Also, dont forget a stylish clutch/sling bag and heels to complete the look.

2) The dress. Go bold and opt for a Gingham print dress. It spells 'effortlessly stylish'.

Not too sure, you can carry it off? Get a jacket/blazer of solid colour over it and you are on. Don't forget to finish it up with a bold coloured lip.

3) Wear it however you like- in accesories like bags, scarfs, hats or in matching seperates or pants or even in trench coats!
